- Simon Thomas Review added: 2018.11.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After arriving a mere 5 minutes late for my appointment, I arrived to find the door locked and turned away. I received a stubborn response from the useless receptionist who could only say well we are closed. I know my appointment would have taken longer than 5 minutes considering i usually have to wait at least 10 minutes after my appointment was due to start. Complete failure in customer service and won't be returning.

Over and above any expectations I had. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to communicate with me and giving me confidence to continue treatment. Within my first 2 visits I couldnt wait for next. Really can't thank him enough for the work and improvement it has made. Friendly reception from everyone probably stopped me from doing a runner out the door. Can't thank them enough. Massively recommend this practice. A dentist that makes you smile!? Yep.Takes the time !!!!An NHS dentist!!!! 'Tis true honest!
